Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry as much as you love living in it, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn pieces. Our pieces are crafted for daily wear, but if something isn't perfect, we are here to make it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place the jewelry in its original pouch and box to ensure it stays protected during transit, then seal it in a secure mailing envelope.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
